Superior Drummer 3 has deep sampling and is almost a DAW unto itself, since you can program the drums within. I use this most of the time since it's quick and easy. The built-in FX are nice so you don't necessarily need to rely on other plugins. The samples come relatively dry if you want to mix them yourself, but they come with many presets to suit different styles. If you want something with already-mixed and processed presets, Addictive Drums 2 is a great choice. While they are recorded extremely well, they aren't yet mixed, so you will want to do that. Kits are in the 10+ GB range and have many articulations and alternatives (e.g., sticks, mallets, brushes, hotrods).
